 BACKGROUND

I've pretty much always had a fascination with art and design in just about every form. But it wasn't until relatively recently that I was able to turn that interest towards photography.
 
In January of 2004, I got my first "real" camera, a Canon Digital Rebel (300d), and in the first year, took almost 5000 exposures!
 
Self-taught, but equal parts 'independent study' and trial and error, I've read countless books and articles as well as having the hands on experience of just shooting... and shooting and shooting and shooting.
 
Sure, I've got a long way to go, but I'm certainly having a lot of fun getting there.
